Job Summary:
Happiness Media Sdn. Bhd. is looking for a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and executing social media campaigns across various platforms, including but not limited to TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of digital ads under TikTok and META, as well as marketing communication and branding in the consumer goods industry.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute social media campaigns on various platforms, including TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook
• Manage and optimize digital ads on TikTok, Meta, and other platforms
• Create engaging content (text, image, video) that aligns with the brand’s values and resonates with the target audience
• Develop and implement social media strategies that drive engagement, growth, and revenue
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and features of social media platforms to ensure content is relevant and engaging
• Analyze and evaluate the performance of campaigns and adjust strategies as needed
• Collaborate with other departments (e.g. ecommerce, product, KOL affiliate, etc.) to ensure campaigns are aligned with broader brand goals and initiatives
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree or qualification in marketing, communications, IT, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in digital marketing and social media management
• Good understanding of digital ads under TikTok and Meta
• Good experience in marketing communication, branding in the consumer goods industry
• Proficiency in social media platforms, including but not limited to TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook
• Creative mindset with the ability to come up with fresh ideas and concepts
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with other team members
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
