Dato’WEI Chuan Beng is an industry leader in digital /ICT / telecommunication. He has been actively involved in national and industry organisations to contribute towards developing the nation’s digital / ICT industry. He has also contributed immensely to higher education, being in advisory and board capacities in ministries and universities. He has been conducting Entrepreneur Development Program, delivering public lectures and talks on entrepreneurship. Capitalising on his experiences and understanding of digital future, he embarks on the journey of personal social responsibility through angel investment in talent and technology, while promoting and supporting entrepreneurship. Educated in Electrical Engineering, he also obtained Diploma in Management from Malaysia Institute of Management and Entrepreneur Development Program from MIT Sloan School of Management. Dato’Wei is an active member of the Global Young President Organization (YPO).
Born and bred in Kuala Lumpur, Datuk CG Tan has been involved in the business of Direct Selling since 1985. Even though his family business is in real estate and property development, he wanted something different that he can develop on his own. He became the head of Forever Living Products in Malaysia. Founded in 1978 by Rex Maughan, Forever Living Products is a multi-billion dollar company that manufactures and sells hundreds of wellness and beauty products all around the world. Educated in Finance in Boston University, Datuk CG Tan is an active member of the Global Young President Organization (YPO).
Dato’ Simon Foong is a man of many hats. A warm soul, he is a dedicated family man and a visionary entrepreneur with an unquenchable thirst for new and exciting developments across the board. His ventures include The Body Shop, Aquaria KLCC, The Rift: Malaysia’s largest VR/AR theme park, and the eco-luxurious Angsana Teluk Bahang Penang beachfront resort with a lifestyle and wellness centre. He holds a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) degree in Business Studies, from Ulster University, United Kingdom, obtained in 1981. He also completed the Senior Management Development Program by Harvard Business School Alumni Club of Malaysia in 1994.
Yvette Ye has more than 20 years of experience in general management, operations management, private equity and venture investment, mergers & acquisitions, foreign direct investment and business development gained from different industries. She was Region President of DFS, a leading duty-free retailer owned by LVMH and Country Manager Greater China of Luxottica Group. Yvette is the Founder of TITLIS Financial Services AG, a Swiss-based multi-family office advising ultra-high net worth Chinese entrepreneurs on investment in Europe. She is also the Founder and President of Swiss Health & bioBeauty AG, developing and promoting cutting-edge health- and beauty-products. Yvette holds an MBA from IMD, Lausanne and a law degree from University of London. She is a member of the Global Young President Organization (YPO) and a graduate of the Harvard-CEIBS-IESE Global CEO for China program.
Tracey Chang is the founder of Tracey Beauty — an online lifestyle & beauty E-commerce platform. She was a bilingual anchor and reporter of Global Business, CCTV News’ (now CGTN) flagship business program. Prior, Tracey was a bilingual reporter and correspondent at CNBC Asia. She also worked as an M&A analyst with Lehman Brothers and Société Generale in her early career stage. In 2009, Tracey was crowned the winner of Miss New York USA, becoming the first woman of Chinese descent and first foreign-born contestant to win the pageant in U.S. history. In 2010, Tracey was honored together with Rudy Giuliani for her outstanding contributions to the Asian-American community, and was given the Asian American Excellence Award by former New York State Governor David Paterson. Tracey is now a prominent beauty & lifestyle blogger in the online beauty community. She holds a BA in economics from DePauw University and an MBA from Columbia Business School.
